Jeremy and Candace are in the date, while Jeremy are leaving for something, the Mole People appear and tie Candace up and take her to underground cage. While Jeremy gets back, he was shock and goes to underground to rescue Candace.

Play as Jeremy as he jump, walk, run and punch enemies to go rescue Candace.

Jeremy to the Rescue was planned to be for SEGA Saturn, but due to a new SEGA Dreamcast release and SEGA Saturn was discontinued, Jeremy to the Rescue was moved to SEGA Dreamcast, but later, Jeremy to the Rescue was moved to Nintendo Gamecube.

A demo of Jeremy to the Rescue was release on Phineas and Ferb Collection for SEGA Dreamcast, at the end of the Demo it say "Coming Later 2000 for SEGA Dreamcast"
